Workout 1/14: Overhead Squats

Workout: Overhead Squat 3-3-3-3-3

*As the weight went up, I remembered how hard those really are to maintain correct form and full range of motion. I was not sure if I would complete that last rep at 85#, but I recovered and did it with correct form.
