Motivated! Success breeds motivation. When I set out to meet a goal and achieve it, I want to keep going. So that is what I am doing.

Warm-up: 3:00 Jumping Rope & Stretching

Pull-ups: 3 @ Body Weight; 5 @ Jumping Pull-ups

Front Squat: 5 @ 95#; 5 @ 85#

Cash-out: Shoulder Press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
