Workout #1: 1-Mile Time Trial

Workout #2: Thrusters/Pull-ups
As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes of:
10 x 45# Thrusters
10 Pull-ups
(9 Rounds + 5 Thrusters)

Now that's a good day's work!
