4/24 Workout
It's a new day...that means a new type of workout. Today's fun...200 meter sprints.
Run: 8 x 200 meter sprints
1/2 mile warm-up
8 x 200 meter springs (ranging from 8.0-9.0 mph)
1/2 mile cool-down
