Workout 5/8
Run: 10 x 200 meter sprints (8.5 mph on sprints)
CF: 30 Pull-ups/30 Dips (8.41)
I had to make up the missed dips and pull ups from yesterday. I just felt like a slacker since I didn't do the whole 60 yesterday.
